Here is where you will be able to find the various forms needed as a Tan-Tar-A Estates Homeowner.

Architectural Changes

• Prior to any exterior changes to your property, you must complete and submit a Design Review Application to the Architectural Committee. The forms may be downloaded and printed from here or feel free to contact the office to obtain a copy or if you have any questions.

Osage Beach Fire Protection District

Building Permits are required for all Construction within the Osage Beach Fire Protection District.  For more information contact the Code Division at 573-348-1221 or visit the website.

Temporary Guest Parking Pass

All vehicles parking in the Estates must display a parking pass in the event there is a parking issue and the vehicle owner needs to be contacted. If you are having guests and do not have enough hangtags, you may print and complete the Temporary Homeowner Guest Parking Identification form. These temporary IDs should only be used for short visits of two weeks or less.

Sale or Rent Signage

If you would like display a sign in the Estates that you are selling or renting your home, there is only one design that is approved for the Estates. Signature Signs has all of the specifications for the approved signage and would be happy to help you or you may contact the office and we can also go over the details. These for sale or rent signs may only be attached by the door or placed in a front window, signs are not allowed in the yard, on railings or on your address sign.
